Dr. Schaeffler is a really great guy. You can tell he's really paying attention to you as he works. He takes the time to make sure you're comfortable, to make sure everything lines up properly and looks/feels right. He takes pride in his work, you can tell there's a real craftsmanship on display here. He asks questions, and listens to you when you answer. He also takes time to explain every step of the process and never gets impatient if you have questions. The staff here is friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. No AI calls or annoying online portals or apps, you can just call and talk to a real human who knows what they're talking about. When I lost my dental insurance after a layoff, they walked me though their membership program, and gave me straight, honest answers about costs and prices, and ultimately saved me a lot of money. And at the end of the day, the quality of the work speaks for itself.

This is the best dentist I ever had! Don’t you go here and book up all the appts I may NEED! Dr. S’s calendar gets booked b/c he’s exceptional to his patients!

Great dental office with a kind and caring team! I unexpectedly had to bring my baby to my appointment, and when she decided she wasn't a fan of sitting still, the receptionist happily held her so I could get my cleaning done. I really appreciated the extra help—it made the whole visit so much easier. Thank you for going above and beyond!

My experience at Insight Dental. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the entire team, from Megan at reception to Kat, the Dental Assistant, and Dr. Daniel Schaeffler. It has been several years since my last dental visit, and I required significant cosmetic work. I also experience a considerable phobia regarding dental procedures. Dr. Schaeffler demonstrated exceptional understanding of my circumstances. His bedside manner was exemplary, and I felt completely at ease throughout the entire process. The final results were outstanding, truly commercial-worthy. I’ve been coming here for a few years now and I have to say that I think this place is great - easy to book/reschedule, and all of the hygienists I’ve had appointments with are always so nice and great at what they do. What I like most though is that Dr. Schaeffler and all the staff are always kind and non-judgmental; I struggle a lot to keep up with regular flossing & dental care and never once have they made me feel ashamed for it (I cannot say the same for many other practices I’ve been to in the past). It makes it so much easier to keep coming back every 6 months knowing they’ll help me keep my teeth & gums healthy no matter what.
